With an extensive background in public sector labor and employment matters, which includes a post-graduate certificate in Labor Studies from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Terry has represented over 200 law enforcement officers in disciplinary cases. He has also represented law enforcement officers before the NYS Public Employee Relations Board, NYS Division of Human Rights, NYC Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings, NYC Office of Collective Bargaining, Federal Merit Systems Protection Board, at arbitration, in federal and state court.
